Can I really return it after sleeping on it?
Yes. That is the point of the trial. Bedding has to be slept on to be judged, so we expect it to come back used. Sleep on it, wash it, see how it feels after a fortnight. If it isn't right, send it back within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund.
What if I've already washed it?
Washed is fine. We only ask that it comes back clean and dry, so please give it a final wash before you send it. Stains, pet hair or strong smells are the only things we can't accept.
Who pays for the return?
We do. Message us through the contact page, we email a prepaid UK returns label within one working day, and you drop the parcel at any collection point. There is nothing to pay and no courier to book.
How quickly do I get my money back?
We refund the full amount to your original payment method as soon as the parcel is scanned in at our returns address. Your bank or card provider usually shows it within 3 to 5 working days after that.
Does the trial cover every product?
Yes. Duvet cover sets, fitted sheets and pillowcases, in every colour and size. If you ordered more than one item you can return one and keep the rest.
When does the 30 nights start?
On the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you order. You can check the delivery date in your tracking link.
Is it really 100% lyocell?
Yes. Every piece is 100% eucalyptus lyocell, woven as a 400 thread count sateen, with the fibre content on the label inside the hem. No polyester, no cotton blend.
Is sateen slippery, like satin or silk?
No. Sateen is a weave, not a fibre. It gives the surface a soft sheen and a smooth feel, but lyocell has a natural grip, so pillows stay put and you don't slide around. Think cool and smooth, not shiny.
Will it be too cold in winter?
Lyocell regulates rather than cools. It moves moisture away from your skin so you don't wake up damp, but it doesn't make the bed cold. With a normal winter duvet inside the cover it is comfortable all year round.
I have sensitive skin. Is it suitable?
Lyocell is one of the smoothest fibres you can sleep on and it is finished without harsh chemicals, which many people with sensitive or easily irritated skin prefer. We can't make medical promises, so this is exactly what the trial is for: try it for 30 nights and judge for yourself.
Will it bobble, thin or lose its sheen?
Not within normal use. Lyocell gets softer with washing rather than rougher, and the sateen weave holds its finish. After the trial, the 1-year guarantee covers seams, fabric and fit, so if anything fails we replace it.
Will the fitted sheet fit my mattress?
The fitted sheets have a 35 cm deep pocket and an all-round elastic, so they fit standard and deep UK mattresses, including most with a topper. Sizes are UK standard: Single 90 x 190, Double 135 x 190, King 150 x 200, Super King 180 x 200 cm.
What if the colour isn't what I expected?
Screens show colour differently, so we understand. Unpack it, put it on the bed in daylight, and if it isn't what you hoped for, the trial covers it like anything else.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 30°C with a mild detergent, no bleach and no fabric softener (softener coats the fibre and dulls it). Tumble dry low or line dry, and take it out of the dryer while slightly damp if you want it crease-free. That's it.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is always free and tracked, whatever you spend. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships, and the delivery date in that link is the day your 30 nights begin.
How do I know this is a real company?
